How? How exactly did you "move past"? What did you do? I want to find a manual somewhere that says if you do this and this and that you will be well.Is mental illness something every one can "move past" if they only do the right things or are some people just stuck, no matter what they do? If you have honestly tried everything to be well and nothing works, is it ever okay to show compassion for yourself and say that is enough suffering?
