As for me... 3 weeks today OFF Remeron.. still get the wicked headaches, but I just manage with massage, or stretching or if worse I just take some Advil.. thats as far as i go with meds!!
Sleep has still been broken, but at least last night i slept better than the night before(no sleep). All im doing is taking my Calcium/magnesium supplement at night before bed with some chammomile tea.. and a hot bath(lol).
Mood has been not too bad,,, some anxiety, worse in the mornings it seems(wierd)and still some kinda fainty feelings off and on.. Foggy brain off and on some days better than others..
Nausea has been better so hopefully that part has passed.
I find I am actually enjoying food instead of just eating (in a numbed state), which is good..
Im waking up with a more clear head at least.
Also lost a couple of pounds from the wt gain i got from this poison.. I lost half of it while tapering , so now that Im off I hope to loose the rest(NEVER had wt problem in my life, til the damn Remeron!!!!)) .
Anyways, hope you gys are all doing ok.. Im hangin in.. trying to stay in the moment
