It's my antianxiety med. The way I look at it I hate doing stuff inside boring. Love being outdoors and always was active will continue til day I die. When in nursing school we had to write our own obituaries in sociology. I was a runner so mine was. I'm 120 living in Florida across the street from beach and until age 85 ran three miles a day on the beach. At 85 had to switch to walking. This one day at age 120 sitting on bench beneath a palm tree looking at ocean, sun out and shining, got chest pain and died. Well the running ended a few years ago fell and broke arm stupic curb. So went to the bike. I must be active. Taught Aerobic dance before nursing had own program and first kids program ever. I also ran five miles with the men at lunch, taught three classed a day, and choeographed all my own dance routines later at night. So basically stop and you lose it and not planning on that. Love Jan
