Well you're definitely younger than me as cant do the full body push ups but can from knees. I used to do the machine weights at a gym. Very boring to me. Yes they are heavy. Machines were 40-50 pounds but my choice was to either buy 8 pound and then have to buy more or just get the heavier ones. The guy across the street works at the Y here and said to start with one weight above head hold in both hands and lower backwards up and down. Ideally one arm supporting elbow. I'd like to join the y but 80 a month no can do so this is better than nothing. Hey 63 and my bike six miles a night, mow the lawn, do the Yoga stretches for my bad back nightly. So just planning a few arm excercises. Seriously have bad discs some have fused on their own. Thanks for the lovely post gobble. ps will figure the mystery out I hope. Love Phillipa
