I excercise lower body daily but I need heavy duty upper body work so bought so ten pound dumb bells today. Got to work off the flab on arms. Curls and all that stuff. Do my flexibility excercises too. And the bike but nothing for above waist. Phillipa anyone else do this???? how long before results want them now!!!
