> I'm normally a fairly quiet, easy-going person. But this morning I am totally consumed with this awful anger...why or at what I don't know. At the same time, it's also frightening because I'm saying things I shouldn't. Trying to get any work done is impossible. Absolutely everything is pissing me off! I don't know what to do with myself. I think this is the "bad" kind of hypomania, and maybe my Depakote should be increased. This is awful...I need help now!
I have no idea how old you are or even if you're male or female, but I thought I'd share anyway. The only time I've experienced what you described was when I was on a medication that puts you in a medically induced menopause. I've never before or since felt anything like the abrupt rage that would run through me all of a sudden. I literally felt like I could beat someone, and I'm a total passivist (normally). Luckily I only had to stay on it 6 months, but I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with me when that time really comes!
