Headache remedies?

I had a headache yesterday. Woke up with it today and I need to get rid of it ASAP. Any thoughts?
It's on one side of my head behind my eye and down the back of my neck. For some reason, I seem to be getting these a lot lately.
I tried Execedrin Migraine last night and a nasal decongestant this morning thinking it could be triggered by allergies. Didn't work. Taking a nap is not an option.
Any thoughts?
