You know I've been thinkin' this morn' a little about OCD and GAD, and that they may run concomittantly.

I've never been labeled OCD, but I do have some of the symptoms.

If I was paralyzed ... I'd panic to high heaven if I couldn't straighten that picture on the wall or make my kitchen sparkling clean or make a phone call before I got an overdue bill, etc.!

Did I ask you if you'd ever had CBT? I'm thinking you have becuz' of the 'dogmas'.

DBT may be a bit better in that you are allowed to feel your anxiety/depression/whatever. It is validated.
