Sorry I'm late. I've had DBT for anxiety/panic, PTSD, borderline. CBT is a train your thoughts technique, right?
I've just heard that some peeps think DBT is better than CBT.
Can anyone share a CBT skill for coping w/ 'mental unhappiness in many forms' that doesn't involve telling yourself, "IAMSPECIAL" (UGH!), or breathing exercises until hyperventilate, or meditation?
