CBT etc dogmata

Another dogma seems to be that you can't be anxious in a relaxed body. Anyone who has woken with sleep paralysis knows this isn't true. Paralysis is about as relaxed as you can get. Also a pdoc said meditation may not be a good idea for panic disorder people as letting go and relaxing can trigger panic. I sighed gratefully when he said this. At last someone understands!
