`Privacy' is a joke, too.
It isn't something that is used, in law, to protect the vulnerable.
Like in the case of Medical Doctors working in the patients interests and not disclosing information to third paties such as Universities who may have a vested interest in... I don't know... Taking a bunch of money and not awarding Degrees.
''Privacy'' is used in Law for a University (for example) not disclosing anonymised information... Basically on the grounds that it may incriminate them. Only they don't say 'we refuse to supply information on the grounds it may incriminate us' they say, rather that they are working to protect the privacy of the chosen white elite minority by not disclosing the advantage that they have in fact. Or facts about how the institution works to retain their advantage (by disadvantaging other applicants and enrolled students).
Another is... Hmm... Let me remember... Something to do with the media...
But always...
They think the laws are to serve the elite white chosen minority at the expense of everyone else. Whatever notion. ''Privacy''. Whatever. It is always to serve their interests at the expense of everyone else.
I think NZ is the sort of wasteground for psychpathic idiots.
It seems to be.
