perhaps in hopeful idealizations, but i'd feel more likely, that is the more rare instances and that verbal subtrefuge and misdirection are the typical currency of diplomatic exchanges.

well, yes.

if we are saying that we succeed when we stand behind our words, then we must agree that that is the way to success, for all parties.

saying what we mean and meaning what we say: Word!

deceit: not so much.

everybody already knew that, right?
