At work we receive flood insurance policy cancellation notices from FEMA. I do not work in insurance. So it doesn't surprise me that the head of FEMA didn't know anything about hurricanes or floods. Because his organization doesn't know investments from insurance.

Bet he knows how much a horse should eat. I won't get into our president being a horse's *** for hiring him in the first place.
