DeclanI definately agree with you Declan...I know your quite abit older than myself and alot of the others on here, you must have seen a fair amount of politicial history in the past (compared to myself!)
Its utter maddness...you know the police in this country don't carry guns. (they only have them for an armed response situation) Or if anywhere in London, like buckingham palace you might get an armed guard in that circumstance....but in general..they are un-armed.
However, did you hear about the policeman shooting the innocent 'victim' (suspected terrorist suicide bomber) 7 times in head...in broad daylight...in the middle london. Never before have we had anything like this..its scary stuff. Plains clothes police paroling, armed...and ordered shoot-to-kill. Its like a dirty harry movie or something.
