Stargazer don't know if the laws have changed since I worked. But at the time the past employer could divuldge when you work and circumstances for no longer being there in a general way. I was a Director of Nursing for eight months at a nursing home and part of my job was checking credentials. Some former employers would say to me this is off the record but bla bla bla about the person. Hope this helps. You will be fine. Nothing bad in record right? Love Phillipa
