I had an interview last week and this week was a followup one. They like me but my references are not great since I have left the last few jobs early with a medical leave so I am not comfortable using references that I knew from there, plus I really didn't make great contacts due to my state of mind at the time. So that is my greatest fear, not having glowing references which can really make a job a reality.
They said they will know by the end of this week.... Anyone that can send positive vibes my way, I will forever be in your debt.
This means alot to me after almost 2 years of recovering from my own hell.
Thanks for any positive thoughts you can give me and I'll certainly return the favor to you,as these kinds of situations are so uncertain as to how a candidate gets chosen for a job, it really can be pure luck...or who you know is the best way to get in.
