I think you can't decide whether a med is useful just based on what you read here. There are lots of reasons people do and don't post things at various points, so it's hard to know what the overall effectiveness of a drug is. It's enlightening-- lots of people's experiences are worth knowing--
For me, it worked very well. I'm off it now, for reasons unrelated to emsam, but I was on it for four months and hope to start again soon.
It was helpful the entire time I took it. I know there are other people who've been helped by it, so while I'm sure there are difficulties with it and it;s not magic or anything-- you do have to cope with some side effects, they can be often be managed.
