Are you using anything to minimize whatever instability going off parnate causes? Even xanax or small amounts some other mood stabilizer might temporarily take the edge off whatever's happening.
How much were you originally taking?
Going down slowly is a really smart idea--
Do you have plans for another AD, or are you planning to stay off ADs for a while?
