it was probably a leaky building.
the demolition was pretty clean -- right?
now they can rebuild over.
rebuild better.they got 1 hour warning to get out, apparently.
apparently that's enough time for media etc to get their gear out
-- but not enough time for the couple floors they were targeting to get their gear out.i don't know.
