sigh. i'm not feeling very well, either, sorry.

i wouldn't suggest trying to lose a lot of weight in a hurry... Why do you think you need to do that? To not disappoint your trainer?

you could lose water weight with dehyration. that's what athletes do to make weigh-in. but there really isn't any point to it at all from a losing the love handles perspective... and if you manage to drop a few with dehyrdation then... how are you going to lose a few more next time? that would be a pretty dangerous trajectory...

it helps me a bit to not have stuff in the house. i know that if i buy it then i'll eat it. when it comes to junk food anyway.

i also know that my taste buds change if i go full abstinence on junk food. it takes a week or so... a sort of a detox. but then different kinds of vegetables taste very distinctly different and actually delicious and good. but if i'm in the habit of munching away on chips or whatever then i don't find vegetables to be delicious at all.

water.

for the full feeling. to kill boredom to help with the detox, i guess.

i think it is about detoxification. the way to think of it.

frankenfood. it's not real food. it's been altered in an attempt to have you consume a greater volume of it for increased profits.. and it's been altered to have a nearly infinite shelf-life. that's all.
