Because none of the people do the things that they are supposed to do.
Everybody cries 'the rules don't apply to me! I just do whatever I want whenever I want and who is going to stop me!'
And it's not civilisation.
And it's not development.
It's just a bunch of school-yard bullies stealing candy from babies whenever they can get away with it.
It's just a rabble and a swamp.
And the world bank or whomever can try and invest in NZ to help the food get to the ports or whatever but that doesn't change the fundamental situation.
People don't work collaboratively.
There is no 'we'.
There is no group.
There are only individuals exploiting things for their own ends.
There is no grasp of collectiveness. Collective intentionality. There is no working for sustainability of sometthing greater than oneself.
There is only simple addition across or over numbers of people. There is only populations.
There is no notion or concept of a person. There is no notion or concept of informed consent. There is no information 'yes dear anything you say dear everything is just as you believe it to be dear' there is no consent 'why of course dear everything will always be the way you want it to be'
(make us)
Of course if they bully you into going away they win.
THey keep all the stuff.
THey think they are so *clever* for holding back development.
It's *ingeneous*. Never have I seen people invest so much in making things as bad as they possibly can for so very many.
