I want to move out. Can someone be my specialist

I have been very frustrated with not being able to have my own home. I live with my parents. What are some rules or hinters on how to move out? I don't want to waste anyone's time. This is what I've been thinking about for the past 30days. I hate my doctor but i still am going to have to kiss her *ss until I get what I want. What else am I suppost to say about her? double quack quack where my quack.
I am sick of this. Please someone help me.
