I asked some people on chat about whether it is normal and they said it's no big deal. I'm just over exerting myself, probably because I'm out of shape.
They said it's possible for a child to be out of shape too. So my throwing up as a kid was normal too. I remember I absolutely hated P.E. I would get nauseous like every day and throw up like a couple of times a week. The P.E. teacher was not sympathetic.
For my searches online, I've found that lots of people throw up after exercise.
Anyways, I asked my pdoc about the throwing up after exercise and she wasn't concerned.
Walking is fine though. I can walk OK, without getting sick. Sometimes I feel lightheaded after I walk, but I don't get sick or anything.
Anyways, I've gotten tests before, the time my doctor was concerned because my blood pressure shot up and was different on either arm. I think I got some kind of ultrasound. I also wore this monitor thing for 24 hours or something. It must have been normal. I think they only found one small thing, but obviously it wasn't of concern.
I will skip the running today though, on second thought, I'd rather not puke. LOL
