No. No it is not. In fact, it's a "red-flag" symptom, when associated with syncope (medical term for a faint), or pre-syncope, when all but total loss of consciousness occurs.

I don't mean to frighten you, but you may have a heart problem. Please do not try to bring one on by over-exerting. What you need is a full medical work-up.

If it was just the bath thing, I'd tell you to take one in cooler water. The water you're using is too hot for you, or you stay immersed too long, or both. That could be just a quirk, but the exertional onset is not.
