I'm really upset

I'm really upset right now. Today someone told me he/she thought I was a fake. The whole loving Dr. Bob thing, etc. This person said I acted naive.
:-(
This is like one of my biggest fears, that people don't believe me. I'm so upset right now. I really hope my parents don't walk in right now because I'm crying.
I wonder how many more people think I'm a fake? Think I'm playing games?
I'm just so upset right now. Help.
