I am so very sorry that you're feeling so awful Fivefires.
I don't think you deserve to be in such emotional pain. I've always seen you as a caring & loving person. It's hard when bad feelings happen to nice people.
I feel very helpless & wish there was something I could say to help. CS & R had good suggestions, I think.
Sometimes when I feel horrible, I hold the TAT pose shown clearly at the site below. Hold the pose for 4 minutes being aware of how you feel & having the gentle intention to not feel that badly. Sometimes it's helped me feel better when I feel dreadful.
I hope you try it FF & if you do, I hope it helps. You can guage how you feel on a scale of 1 - 10 first if you want...say you're at a 10. Do the pose for 4 minutes, see what number you're at, say it's gone down to an 8, & keep repeating 'til you've got it down as far as it will go. You can always try it again in a while.
