i may stop, it doenst have any effect. Well a small stimulating, but irribility effect. You know i may just have to let it have some time. But netch, these depression spells about feeling im going to fail on everything is horrible.
I get really panic and start almost have tears like im a kid.
I had an episode like that today, its stress, and im in my early 20's...well i dont know how to handle reality with out panicing, or going crazy.
