excellent point about friends, declan.....someone who is clean can't go around the old user buddies......ever. a new life has to be invented, with a different purpose than before. the old friends will suck the life out of someone newly sober and they will fall right back into the trap.i know that the 9-5 grind wouldn't do it for me. it's hard. different strokes for different folks. pat
