That makes a lot of sense to me.

I feel frustrated when I feel manipulated - not mad.

Amy sounds like she wants to learn how to be more tolerant (please correct me if I'm wrong), that's a pretty positive thing. I'd like to know how I can be more tolerant too. I seem to get to a point of being so frustrated that I find it difficult to help any more, and I'm sure that's more a fault of mine than of the other person.
