Hmmmmmmmmmmm - as an Ontarian I should know that.
Je means I
I think souviens means something about remembering.
I know some French - not much at all
Why would their licence plates mean "I remember"
If I had my choice, mine would say "I wish to heck I remembered" !!! LOL Celexa did a real number on my memory!
