It's hard for me, and I do a lot of the "I shouldn't feel this way" myself, but we both gotta remember that if we feel a certain way, that's what we feel. The best response to it is to accept that we feel it, and then explore why. Sometimes we'll find that it's something wonky inside us, and we can work on that. Other times, though, we might find out that it's totally appropriate to feel that way...
