I'll definitely get on babble more next time I get suicidal. I might call a hotline, but I will never give them my address or phone number again. They can't do anything if they don't know where you are.
One good thing is that the hospital has a sliding-scale type program for people who have no income or insurance. Maybe they'll write it all off. God, what a waste of time that trip was.
But to answer your question, no I don't have anyone I can call when I feel down. Ironically, have no close ones is the main reason I get suicidal.
