> You do not need to decide whether you have problems or not. You simply need to decide whether you need IRL support or not. I think that the answer to that question is pretty clear--yes. You aren't unhappy all of the time, but you are distressed frequently enough that you need to do something about it. Being as severely upset as you often are is no way to live.

I'm thinking you're right. I'm also thinking, "geez, I must be pretty blind to my own problems if I didn't realize that instability *is* the problem!"

I just want to be freaking stable! Sure it is exciting, but I keep messing up with life! I gotta change my thinking or something.

> If you have a hard time describing what is going on with you, print out some of your posts (and/or our posts) and bring them in.

I think maybe I'll start something in the new year. Maybe I'll start a journal or something. Thanks Larry for the suggestion. Maybe I can come up with some sort of rating system for levels of distress or something. Maybe I can plot this on a graph and examine to see if there are any trends between what I do and what I feel. Then I won't be forgetting things like I usually do.

> What is hold you back from taking care of yourself?

Not sure, shame? I think I refuse to think that there is something actually the matter with me.

> What would you like us to tell you?

Depends on the day.

> Do you have questions or fears that we could help you with? Think about it okay?

I'm not sure. I will think about it.

Thanks EE. Your posts are eye-opening.
