Could you go get a warm cup of tea? That helps me when I have anxiety.Something about tea brings about a calming effect.
And yes, make sure you are doing deep breathes through your abdomen and not shallow ones through your chest.
Another thing that helps, try to concentrate on something other than how you feel. If I think about my anxiety, it only makes it worse so I try to force my brain to really concentrate on something; a book, magazine, read someting on the web, etc..
And lastly, I will pray right now for peace and comfort to your body and mind.
