I like dogs a lot! But, I don't think I would eat them. Often, my boyfriend and I used to talk when we were very low on money... And we would discuss our next meal. He would say, "Well Bodega, looks like we may have to eat doggie for dinner!" Bodega didn't like that answer. Nor did I! I told my boyfriend that I would rather eat my own arm than my lovely doggie. Luckily we did have ramen in the cabinet.
As I drive past a river in town, there are often geese close to the road. Maybe I'll catch one and mail it to you in an envelope? Will I need one stamp or two, do you suppose? Perhaps three if it is well fed.... Should I give it a cigarette to calm it down before mailing it off?
In the summertime, my dog runs from window to window chasing various creatures around the yard. I can only imagine what he would do if he caught one. He caught a squirrel once, but I assume it was rather sick, if he caught it. He also caught a horse once. He had to wear a cast for a few weeks. He still chases horses though. Maybe my dog isn't as smart as I once thought. Maybe he is....
At least when I chase horses, I jump on top of them. Maybe that's what he was attempting to do? What do you think? Could you imagine a dog riding atop a horse?
Sometimes I set my niece on top of my dog and pretend like he's a horse. He doesn't like that though. What would a dog look like with wings? If a dog had wings could he fly, do you think? Could you imagine having to clean dog poop off your car? That would suck!!! Imagine if horses could fly! That would be even worse than dog poop! And I don't even want to discuss dinosaurs!
Do you think dogs ever get depressed? Or sad? Or lonely? I hope not... what about birds?
