I agree about the fact that exersize can be a pain but I too find that it is the one thing that actually keeps me goings. Even on my worst days, going cyceling or running is the best part of my day.re: your knees. I have developed "runners knee" also. There are to great ways to correct that. 1 is to have a doc that knows about running to take a look at your running shoes to see if you have uneven wear on your shoes. Most runners tend to over or unpronate, which is the way you land and tand set off again. I overpronate and just need to buy running shoes that have more "motion control"
Also, both running and walking develop the lower part of you leg with out working on the thighs and other upper part causing a pull on your knees. Alternating exersizes that develop both parts helps to "neutralize" the knees and make it a joy to get the endorphins flowing again.
Keep trying to find something you like. Hey and I never saw the posted pic...where is it??
