I will- I did a little internet research and came up with some good ideas. One was to post a picture of yourself in your slimmer days (if you've had them ;)lol) somewhere you can see it often. My other strategy is I bought a gorgeous bikini and I am going to hang it on my bedroom wall where I can see it and hopefully that will motivate me to fit into it this summer. Another thing I read was that people who exercise first thing in the a.m. are more likely to be consistent and stick with their exercise routine. The only time of day I feel anxious is first thing in the a.m. the rest of the day I am so mellow) so I'm hoping that morning anxiety will motivate me to try yoga in the a.m. to relax. I just can't believe I don't want to ski. I'd rather lie around and be cozy and I've never been like that before. My therapist(who is so wise ;)) says "First comes action, then motivation." Maybe I just need to get off my duff and do it even though I don't want to. Ugh! The other part of the equation is that I used to be a teacher and that REALLY stressed me out so I had to exercise to blow off steam. This year I've returned to school which I love and am not finding stressful at all so I have no steam to blow off! I'll let you know what I find out....
