I'm not worried about facing the date 911 itself. I'm just starting to feel "low" now and I recognize this feeling creeping up on me. After 9/11/01 I had gradual downward spiral of sorrow that took me 6 months to acknowledge. Glad I finally went to my dr. and I'm getting back on track now, and want to stay there.
Anyone know how to find a support group in the Los Angeles area?
