> And there's a lot of music to hear right now, too. So put on your Righteous Babe "Car Tires and Chicken Wire" baseball cap (what?! you don't HAVE one?!), and go out for your four-mile race walk. It's 6:40, and that's where I'm headed.
>LOL. No I _don't_ think I have any Ani-inspired clothing, tho' I do have a pair of Old Navy men's camouflage pants that are cut off and fraying on the bottom.
And I _did_ join a gym this week. I'm feelin' a lot better doing it. I took a pilates class and two aqua-aerobics classes this week. My gf and I got a couple membership, so she can take karate and do weightlifting. (Get the division of labor here?)
Are you working out at 6:40 in the MORNING??? We've tried going in the morning, but we're pathetic. We've gone after work so far, but I'm hoping we can get up in the morning to do it because I think we're (okay, I admit, I think _she's_ ) more likely to stick to it.
And you're right; whenever I think about more things I could do, I think about good music and happy days like today. I also think about my healthy days; I would really like to use the energy on those days to create knowledge that would be useful to the world. I'm starting to take notes about when I feel suicidal so I can figure out what's triggering that feeling, and avoid those situations. I haven't thought about it at all today, which is great for me lately. I think it's 'cause 1) I'm not working today; 2) I spent time with a great friend 3)I hung out in a lesbian coffees shop listening to great music, and 4)It rained! after a dry summer, the sky darkened suddenly and opened up sheets of rain. it was beautiful!
I'm glad your robber was found. Hopefully he can be rehabilitated; it's sad to see a kid turn to harming others. I hope you're feeling safer.
