You people are so kind. I have had some of my emotions
bottled up and blunted for so long, I just need
to learn to deal with the good ones I am
rediscovering as well as some others I don't

What's to feel guilty about? How much can you help when you're needy and suffering? So you're now giving back to the community. That's a good thing.
