Stopping is easy--done it dozens of time. Staying stopped is the hard part.Its good to find musical inspiration. I had to forsake the Who and Beethoven for the first couple of years--too many drinking associations.
The worst thing about staying stopped is self-awareness. The best thing about staying stopped is self-awareness, though it takes awhile to appreciate it.
