I have really been feeling pretty
good lately, but I am still plagued
with insomnia. If I can fall asleep
before 2AM in the morning, then I am
doing good. I do everything a person
is supposed to do with insomnia,
relaxation tapes, meditation, reading,
herbal and mineral supplements, etc...
I have always been a night owl, but this
is ridiculous. Any insights would be
well-appreciated.Glenn
