As usual, I'm in a minority here.
The guy's a doctor. That means that he'd be healing people, and if MASH was correct, not just coalition forces.
And I wonder quite strongly if his medical training wasn't paid for by the military... If so, perhaps he should have searched his conscience before accepting military money.
