Pakistan Indian Earthquake

An unprecedented human disaster. UN promises 1000 troops...that's not enought to rescue Biloxi. Why do we ignore the third world? (more than half the world's population). Maybe we need media pictures like we had from New Orleans. Feeling helpless here... it seems to be a waste of time to write the president or my representives from Texas.
