I had thought that the rule about generalizations referred to making sweeping statements about a group of people....not about a piece of medical equipment.

Are blood pressure cuffs reading Babble too? Do they feel put down?? Or are the manufacturers feeling put down?

It sounded to me like she expressed a personal opinion based on experience.

Can we not post experience about products?

This is a very wierd place!
