Guys, I am better now!!!!!!
I believe it was a combination of both the video and also me dropping my Xanax dose down....now I'm feeling cool as ever!
I upped my Nardil to 90mg and Xanax back up to 2-4mg/day.
I have had enough negative stuff in my life- I have to stay away from any more...it's common sense.

All you guys rule!
