I don't know if this will help, but my son was on the shots for a year, and hated them. The doctor told my son if he would take his oral meds, there would be no more shots. He is now med compliant, not because of a court order or agreement on his part, but because I told him there would be no more money from me (I am his SS payee) and he would have to move out of my house. This is very hard to do and harder to follow up on, but I think it is the only way. It was a problem for about another year, (lots of days when he went without food and I constantly told him to pack up) but he would always relent when he got hungry enough, and now he takes the meds much more regularly. He only messes up occaisionally, and when he does the money stops flowing, and he comes around. Hope this works for you. I found the legal system to be of little or no help.
