I know what you mean - I have been a real witch to get along with. The p-doc's nurse said part of it is "your feelings are coming back, honey". I'm not walking around like a zombie any more. Part of it is coming off the Cymbalta - she said there is a washout period and the anger should disappear. I would like to take a combo of both Cymbalta and Wellbutrin - I was sleeping too much on Cymbalta and had NO energy. Wellbutrin gave me energy back and I am loving it. My p-doc gave me Tranxene to take for the anxiety - maybe you should call your doc. I'm also having night anxiety attacks so he told me to take 2 Tranxene at bedtime. Cymbalta must be strong.
