I am tapering myself off 150mg/d Effexor XR. I tried going to 75mg/d but had symptom of ringing in my ears. I now take 75mg for 3 days and 1 150mg for 1 day. I still have ringing in my ears, sometime worse than others. Anyone have this symptom and other suggestion. That is the only symtom I have.
