i asked this in another forum. i think Jay is right to think of bringing it here instead.
please note that i do know about the dangers of abrubt cessation of benzodiazipines and risk of seizure, psychiatric conditions and even death (though i am not sure which sort of reason is behind death except related to having seizures in the wrong place.)
anyway i am just interested in anyone's exeprience or knowledge of using benydryl to ease side effects of withdrawal from ativan. no lectures please.
